The project consists of the purchase and installation of two modern, efficient and energy-saving plastic injection molding machines, which will be used in the niche segment of micro-product injection molding, together with a mill for grinding waste material, which is connected to these machines and ensures 100% recycling of castings directly at machine and reuse of material (which in turn leads to zero material ejection), and an erosion device intended for the production and repair of plastic injection tools, and all technological equipment will be connected via two sets of computer equipment into a system that will allow direct control and collection production data, all in the spirit of Industry 4.0. In addition, a process water cooling system will be added to the installation, with which the company will increase the share of reused water.

The result of the project foresees the reduction of energy, water and waste materials.

The total value of the project amounts to €202,983, of which the subsidy amounts to €198,400.
